The Blackhawks have won 3 out of 3 tournaments.

The Scottish Cup winning Paisley Blackhawks have also added the Riversdale Spring Challenge and the Kingston Cobras Shield to the trophy cabinet this year.

We will be having a night out to celebrate the great season we have had.

Club History

The Blackhawks Recreational Ice Hockey Club was formed on the opening of Paisley's Lagoon Leisure Centre in October 1992. The founder members of the club used to play at the old Paisley Ice Rink when they were boys and thought they would grace the ice once more. There are still a couple of them playing for the team today Davie Riddell and Jimmy Hall.

Over the past few years the team has gone through various changes on the ice and behind the scenes. This has had a good effect on the club as a whole, on the ice we have a good mixture of ex-league (old guys), some foreigners who now live in the UK and recreational players.
