I have been married to Gwen for 12 years and have 2 children. Garry who is 9 years old and Kirsty who is 4 years old. For the past 12 years I have been a driver with the company now know as First Bus Glasgow. Recently I have become a Drivers Trainer. In my spare time I like to spend the day cleaning and valeting my car. I have recently taken up Ice Hockey Refereeing. Originally a founder member of Hamilton Hawks Ice Hockey Club, Colin progressed from a rookie in 1985 to their player/coach in season 1997/98. Colin moved to the Blackhawks in season 1998/99, he continues to enjoy the excitement of the game and plays in the true spirit of recreational ice hockey. After completing his first season at Paisley he is now settled and feels that he now one of the boys. Colin hopes to continue playing for the Blackhawks in the seasons to come. Last season Colin played beside Stuart Findlay and Andrew Telfer. This forward line produced 45 goals and 69 assists. Not bad considering they had never played together before and were all new to the club.
